A curved bolster back and round upholstered seat give the Mougins dining chair its distinctive profile. The deep black velvet softens the cylindrical steel legs, while the open space below the backrest keeps the form clearly defined. Its proportions draw on 1970s Italian postmodern design and suit contemporary dining rooms, minimalist interiors or a dressing table.

Dense, short-pile polyester velvet has a soft hand-feel, with contoured high-resilience foam supporting the body and lower back through long meals. Underneath, a reinforced plywood seat base sits within a heavy-gauge, hollow tubular steel structure with a welded cross-stretcher. The electrostatic matte black powder coating resists chips, scuffs and scratches.

This is an indoor chair. The upholstery resists everyday friction and dry soiling, but is not waterproof or weatherproof. Keep it away from harsh direct sunlight, which can fade the velvet, and blot spills promptly to avoid water rings or liquid reaching the foam.
